My client a leading fintech company is looking for a CFO to be based in the Financial District of Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management of the company's regional operations across multiple countries, including team management, operational oversight, and budget supervision.
• Track and analyse key financial metrics and budget performance, providing timely insights and early warnings on potential operational and management issues for executive decision-making.
• Participate in major company decisions by offering proactive recommendations on finance, capital, risk control, and policies.
• Align the company's operations with regional requirements, developing financial regulations that suit international business expansion.
• Take full responsibility for IPO-related tasks, including but not limited to financial statement approvals, public disclosures, pricing, stock offerings, and investor roadshows.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields; candidates with backgrounds in international investment banking or technology companies (especially from A-share fintech) are preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in managing multinational financial teams, with proven success in investment, mergers and acquisitions, and post-investment management.
• Experience in leading the full IPO process from inception to completion, with a successful track record in listing companies will be of advantage.
• Strong communication and resource integration skills, with expertise in building operational mechanisms and processes.
• Global perspective and experience, able to provide strategic financial decision-making support in a global business environment.

My client a leading fintech company is looking for a Finance Manager - Accounting Focus to be based in the Financial District of Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate the organization of financial systems in overseas operational countries, manage operations, improve financial management standards and processes, and ensure compliance and execution to guarantee smooth operation of the local financial systems and efficient communication with headquarters.
• Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, audit tasks related to the operations of the country, and the preparation of reports required by headquarters.
• Conduct various types of audit projects, identify major company risks and control loopholes, and provide audit recommendations.
• Assist the company in improving relevant systems and processes, standardizing internal audit work, and enhancing audit quality, including participation in drafting standard audit plans and internal audit guidelines.
• Support local compliance initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• 5+ years of financial work experience, with at least 2 years of third-party audit experience; experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore Accounting Standards or IFRS, proficient in using finance-related software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with good professional ethics and integrity.
• Audit experience in an accounting firm is a plus.
• Comfortable to work in a startup environment.
