· Knowledge of general project management principles (PMBOK or equivalent).
· PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of system development processes and the ability to assess project quality through documentation.
· Excellent documentation skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate reports.
· Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience working in a monitoring or quality assurance role within system development projects.
· Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in system development and project management.
