JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review company & subsidiaries financial statements
• Prepare reports, budget and variance analysis
• Standardized product costing method
• Review inter-company transfer pricing policy
• Fixed assets management
• Inventory analysis
• Review of financial policies & standardization
• Monitoring of expenditure budget and result
• Preparation of financial reporting, financial analysis, quarterly and annual statutory reporting
• Preparation of ad-hoc report for management review
• Undertake to resolve issues related to accounting operations
• Ensure compliance to financial guidelines, accounting standards, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements
• Lead development and improvement projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy and Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous
• Good knowledge of Japan GAAP
• Experience in handling Japan-Singapore bilateral agreements
• Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Willing to travel and keen to take up overseas assignments / postings

10 to 12 years of overall experience in Oracle Apps with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementation/rollout projects covering Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud & Cost accounting.
Should have experience in at least 2 Projects of Oracle Cloud SCM Procurement and Inventory modules implementation
Previous experience in Oracle Cloud Contracts, Sourcing, Purchasing and Purchasing Self- Service will be added advantage.
Detailed architectural knowledge on Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Oracle Inventory Cloud & Cost accounting solutions.
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
Lead and mentor other technical analysts.
Understanding and implementing the most advanced product features.
Ability to produce artifacts such as fit gap documents, business process, functional design, configuration documents, and test scripts, training documents adhering to Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Mut have experience working with global teams - Onsite, Offshore
