You will report and work closely with the Finance Director on the following:

• Financial reporting and management of Singapore entity as assigned
• Prepare and manage consolidated financial reporting of Group companies with affiliates in Germany, France and Australia.
• Prepare and manage balance sheets, income statements, cashflow projections and other financial reports.
• Manage budgeting process, budget templates, forecasts and actual v budget reports.
• Manage payments to suppliers and billing of clients in different currencies and jurisdictions around the world.
• Manage VAT payment and refunds.
• Manage currency hedging activities.
• Coordinate management of transfer pricing aspects in transactions between affiliated entities.
• Work with counterparts and relevant regional/global stakeholders on completeness and acccuracy of accounts as accordance to IFRS

The Successful Applicant

• Degree/ACCA/CA/CPA Qualified accountant in Singapore.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Accounting, Consolidation and financial reporting topics
• Experience managing billing of clients located in several jurisdictions and under multiple currencies.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP system will be beneficial but not essential.
• Takes initiative and self-motivated, works cohesively in a team
• Handles uncertainty effectively
• Highly organised and able to effectively run in parallel multiple topics.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• High level of proficiency in English is essential.
