As an Executive Assistant, Finance, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily financial operations.
• Support month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Help prepare journals and audit schedules for month-end and year-end booking fee refunds on a weekly basis.
• Assist in creating presentation slides and reports for management.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma.
• Candidate who have 1 year of relevant duties will be an added advantage.

Expectations of an Assistant Finance Manager

• Perform monthly, quarterly, annual financial close with high accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure that all management reports submitted within deadline. Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to be carried out with insightful analysis and developing process to ensure quality reporting variances to be fully explained
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring that the numbers are reliable, stable and accurate.
• Strong partnership with the commercial finance team on the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis.
