Primary Objective:
- To acquire and service clients to achieve and exceed the Bank's defined sales goals and revenue
- To provide personal financial advice and on-going servicing of clients to deepend client relationship and to maximise business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
- Organise, execute and participate in sales activities and programs
- Solicit new customers or increasing product penetration in existing base to achieve and exceed Bank's defined goals and revenue
- Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customers' acquisition and retention
Client Servicing
- Perform ongoing servicing of client accounts and identify any potential opportunities for extending basic and priority banking services
- Promote the Bank's products and services
- Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customer's share of wallet
- Adhering to high service level
- Promptly attend to customer's enquiries and other servicing matters
Compliance and Regulations
- Adhere to banks and regulatory requirements and uphold strong customer service experience
- Ensure sales are conducted in accordance with the internal and external regulatory requirements
