Job Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, computing, recording, reconciling accounts receivables' data and clearing customer receipts per the Company's policies and procedures

• Perform revenue recognition analysis and process billing requests using RPA. Review and handle RPA exceptions

Job purpose:

Specific to this role: Credit Officer supporting the Korean desk in the Singapore Branch International Corporates business line, located in the Singapore Branch.

This is a Group Risk Management role working closely with the Korean Client Relationship desk (3 pax) with the focus on detailed credit risk assessment and obtaining the credit decision. In order to obtain adequate information he/she regularly participates in client visits.

As supervisor the CO is responsible for the risk result and the risk quality of the credit portfolio within his/her responsibility. In the context of managerial duties, the CO is guided by the Bank’s strategic goals, business policy focus and, in particular, its credit risk strategy. Job Description:

· Acting as a liaison between the trust team and the accounting team to review annual accounts, track statement progress and advise accounting team on trust accounting treatment

· Initial review and presentation of financial statements before sign-off by relevant Directors

· Daily completion of timesheets for billing and profitability assessments.

· In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to undertake other duties within your capacity from time to time as notified by the Company.

Qualifications

· Preference for applicants with strong accounting and/or tax backgrounds to help the trust team review annual trust and company financial statements and assess various filing and regulatory obligations and specific reporting requirements

· A degree or professional qualification in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax, or related background.

· 3+ years’ experience working as a Trust Administrator/Trust Officer/Accountant/Tax Advisor

· Willingness to undertake a TEP designation through STEP (if not already attained)
