About the role

We are seeking an Senior/ Executive, Claims who will assist in inpatient case assignments to enable prompt issuance of approval or decline of Letter of Guarantee or Pre-authorization requests. A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Prepare of Pre-Authorization cases documents for uploading into system.
• Assist in reissuance of pre-authorization certificate as needed.
• Maintain accurate case records and all related communication.
• Any other special projects and ad-hoc duties assigned when appropriate.

About you

• Fresh Diploma or Degree graduates from the field of Biosciences, Nursing or Statistics are welcomed to apply.

• Assess and review credit terms and limits for customers.
• Analyze creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Monitor and track overdue payments.
• Initiate collection activities and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve credit-related issues.
• Prepare reports on credit status and aging accounts.
• Implement credit control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve credit processes.
• Provide recommendations for credit policy enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with credit management regulations.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business related studies
• Good working experience in credit recovery / AR collection
• Added advantage if possesses with skills such as Pivot Table, Vlookup OR Power BI
• Able to work independently
