Responsibilities

• Perform the following funding planning activities at HQ or group subsidiary level
• Capital structure including identifying appropriate target leverage ratios
• External and internal funding structure and estimate the cost of funding in various currencies
• Identify opportunities to reduce funding costs and increase access to funding.
• Perform benchmarking analysis and assess impact of potential fundraising actions on Group.
• Project management of Group debt and equity capital markets fundraising including roadshows.
• Support local and overseas markets such as China, India, Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, etc.):
• Internal reviews on investments, including financing and regulatory requirements.
• End to end support on financing (including loan negotiation), cash management, bank relationships, FX, etc.
• Establish and maintain financial frameworks for group subsidiaries, including green financing and sustainable financing frameworks. Maintain database to track projects.
• Provide internal advisory on intrinsic value/Perform the following funding planning activities at HQ or group subsidiary levels
• Provide internal advisory on intrinsic value/WACC to facilitate investment appraisal, impairment testing, support in core treasury activities as directed, including preparing management reports or assisting with the rollout of a new treasury system to overseas group subsidiaries.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of proven relevant financial modeling experience in Project Finance, Credit Analysis, Transaction Advisory or Corporate Investment Banking.
• Strong grasp of accounting and corporate finance concepts.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Minimum degree
