As an Associate Treasury Management Officer, you play an integral role in developing global cash and liquidity management solutions for our Singapore headquartered corporate client base covering the semi-large to mid-cap space. As part of a new business initiative at J.P. Morgan, you will cover opportunities to not only build new customer relationships, but also have a strategic impact on the business. In this team, you will be primarily focused on supporting the senior Treasury Management Officers in both Singapore and Australia.
Job Responsibilities:
• Service the specific global cash management needs of the bank’s targeted Singapore and Australia headquartered clients.
• Handle treasury relationship management and helping our colleagues to manage the implementation, on-boarding & ramping of new business mandates from clients & prospects
• Support the senior Treasury Management Officers in both Singapore and Australia on building new customer relationships globally.
Sales Support:
• Assist the Treasury Management Officers in preparing client pitches / decks / presentations working with Corporate Bankers to position our Transaction Banking / Treasury Services solutions.
• Ensure that all the requisite needs around approvals, revenue analysis, pricing calculations etc. are done on a timely basis
• Prepare client account plans, briefing memos and portfolio management.
Deal Support:
• Ensure our pipelines are regularly updated and tracked with our Business Management teams; help the TMOs with strategy, budgets, and other ongoing requirements in building our client franchise to grow our Transaction Banking / Treasury services revenues
• Provide the necessary oversight and local accountability to support Commercial Banking’s governance processes and all documentation to conform to JPMC policy
• Work with internal stakeholders i.e. bankers, product partners, implementation, client service teams globally to ensure the best end-to-end client experience
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Minimum qualification of Bachelor or equivalent in Banking or Finance related fields
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Transaction banking / Treasury Services related to products in Cash Management, Cross Border payments, Client services and/or Operations.
• Expected to provide support to other regional countries as required.
• Require to coordinate and manage multiple transactions and ensuring delivery against deadlines, client expectations and business priority.
• Team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
• To work professionally and effectively across diverse products and service capabilities
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint for preparation of client data, pitches, process / project management and financial analysis.
