• Implement and maintain effective budgetary controls to monitor expenditure and ensure financial discipline.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely resolution of arrears.
• Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee grants management, including monitoring disbursements and compliance with funding requirements.
• Facilitate inter-fund transfers and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate tax reporting activities and liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• Meticulous and can work independently and as a team player
• Possesses minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in staff management
• Strong analytical thought process and able to handle tight timeline and stress
• Work Week: 5.25 (Alternate Saturday half day)
