Hasselhoff Op Pte Ltd is the owner/ employer of the employees of Travelodge Harbourfront Hotel, Singapore.
Travelodge Hotels Asia (TLA) is a hotel management and franchise company responsible for the development of hotels in Asia under the globally-recognised Travelodge brand. Headquartered in Singapore, TLA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the SGX-listed ICP Ltd.

JOB OVERVIEW
Directly reporting to Finance Manager and responsible to assist in accounting functions required to provide accurate and timely information on the financial status of the Hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Ledger
- Prepare all journal entries and enter into accounting system
- Perform month end inventory count
- Assist to complete month end closing
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
- Assist to liaise with external auditors for statutory audit
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and send all invoices to clients
- Daily GST and payment reconciliation and posting into system
- Cash collection and ensure the accuracy of cash count at all times, including surprise cash count
- Monitor overdue account receivable (AR) accounts closely
- Prepare and/or review daily and monthly credit summary reports, overdue AR reports and other credit analysis reports
- Reply guest enquiries about their bills
- Follow up on different credit limit accounts and outstanding payment
- Propose improvement areas in credit control from time to time
- Keep proper filing of approved credit applications
Accounts Payable
- Performs accounting duties such as data entry, invoices & journals posting and stock-take
- Process accounts payables (verification of invoices, supplier statement reconciliation, process payments through giro or cheques)
- Cash flow management, ensure sufficient funds required for payment
- Prepare journals for month end closing
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/Business Administration
- Diploma in hospitality or tourism management or a related field with full set accounting knowledge preferred.
- At least 2 years of full sets of accounts experience
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in the same capacity
- Fresh grad are welcome. Training will be provide.
