Key accountability (Main purpose of this job):

The Trading Credit Senior Advisor will be a key member in our Global Trading Credit team, working closely with traders, the Finance and Risk team and our global Credit organization to provide effective credit risk management and build up our capabilities to support the growing Global Trading organization. What you will do

Responsibilities will include:

· Performing counterparty evaluations and risk assessments, proposing appropriate credit limit recommendations, and advising traders on credit risk appetite

· Providing real-time support to Trading teams on the identification and assessment of credit risks in spot and term deals

· Assisting in design and development of future credit risk capabilities and system requirements

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Center Manager and functional to the PS Assistant Controller, this role is responsible for the financial operations of the 3 Manufacturing Centers in Singapore, Subang and Batam.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Internal controls, compliance with company policies & procedures, SOX compliance, insuring complete accounting & finance integrity.

- Document and implement the finance and accounting processes and policies to include business case, financial ownership, financial and operations processes, deadlines and responsible for reporting.

- Provide financial advisory role to Operations and guide financial decisions by establishing financial process, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

- Work closely with the Hubs to support the plant accounting, error resolution, process changes and policy implementation.

- Drive financial/business process improvement and transformation initiatives to build best in class processes that are efficient to support continuous growth of the business.

- Prepare and report in SAP/BPC actual results for selected entities (not to include statutory results).

- Lead in the monthly NFM, quarterly ROFO and annual Budget process and present to the Management.

- Consolidation and reporting of Center results to the Management.

- Prepare/review ad hoc reports for Company management with focus on operations and actively involved in operations strategic decisions by means of explaining financial tools available and financial implications of the decisions made.

- Prepare/review Investments analysis for decision making (AFE’s).

- Assist Hub in the External Statutory and Tax audit and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting with at least 10 years of relevant experiences, of which 3 years are in a similar capacity.

- Background in an oilfield environment, especially within the drilling products sphere will be highly advantageous.

Competencies:

- Advanced working knowledge of SAP. Working knowledge of BPC and sound understanding of US GAAP.

- Strong leadership skills.

- Good understanding of process, system, and data.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the credit management function, including liaision with customers and internal staff. Duties:

• Responsible for credit control activities, which would include the following:
• Manage and maintain debtor's accounts to ensure the accounts are current.
• Monitor Accounts Receivables closely and ensure timely update of receipts from clients into accounting system.
• Close liaison with customers to ensure the timely collection of payment.
• Support any duties with our billing team to ensure in compliance to accounting standards, government regulations, internal policies and credit control policies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecast payments from Vendors/Subcontractors for the monthly invoicing to client.

Review invoices for accuracy and ensure that costs being in line with project budget and correct Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) code

Review Work Order’s and Purchase Order’s for accuracy ensure that costs being in line with project budget and correct WBS code.

Budget setup, allocation and re-forecasting according to WBS structure and ensure costs are capture in Project Tools.

Generate Variation/Change Orders and maintain Variation/Change Order status registers.

Coordinate with other discipline Engineers, Project Manager’s and Deputy Project Manager’s, etc to prepare and generate Monthly Project Cost Reports.

Continually monitor, tracking, review and forecast project cost and expenses.

Troubleshoot abnormalities in cost reporting data and liaise with other disciplines as necessary.

Close monitoring of project manning plan, review, forecast and update. Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Reviews the contractual terms and conditions in Main Contract and Offshore Hook-up and Commissioning Subcontract
• Reviews the commercial terms especially the pricing and payment section in the Main Contract and Hook-up and Commissioning Subcontract
• Prepares monthly invoice to the Client and follow up on the payment status and update the invoicing and payment register
• Assists Project Claim Lead with regards to the reimbursable claims, especially piping bulks and specialty items and On-shore and Offshore Hook-up & Commissioning Subcontract reimbursable items
