Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Oversight:

5. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth.

6. System & Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred.

Experience:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, with exposure to SGX reporting preferred.

• Experience working in or managing finances for a listed company is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).

The company and its subsidiary are in the Retail industry, looking for a Finance Manager to lead the accounts department and is assisted by 3 accounts executives. Reporting directly to company director.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Handling full set of Accounts and day-to-day Finance functions;

Issuing of invoices to corporate clients;

Handling of Payroll

Handling of CPF and yearly IR8A;

Preparartion of monthly GST Returns;

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Finance, the Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring timely & accurate financial reporting according to accounting standards and in line with the Hotel’s policy & procedures.

What you will be DOING:

· Oversee the Finance and Accounting department of the hotel.
