• In charge of the preparation of entities’ monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SFRS, Corporate tax, Charity and IPC specific reporting obligations
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including the analysis and commentary on major variances
• Provide monthly audit schedules and assist in internal and external audit queries
• In charge for preparation of company entities corporate tax (ECI) and work closely with tax agent to file annual corporate tax returns
• Handle all tax queries and tax audit whenever required
• Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Support and ensure compliance with all financial filling requirements, corporate tax filling requirement
• Involve in continuous process improvement for more effective and efficient operation
• Assist in new business initiatives and system implementation when required
• Able to work within tight deadlines

Qualifications and requirements:

• Degree in accounting or ACCA and its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably with audit/tax background
• Good working knowledge of SFRS, Singapore tax and IPC requirements
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Can-do attitude, good team player, driven and passionate

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the multi companies’ finances and ensuring accurate and timely of financial reporting. This includes preparing financial statements report in compliance with FRS and other regulatory requirements, analyzing financial data, monitoring cash flow, and maintaining financial records.
• Liaise with bankers of the Company
• Plan, coordinate and execute annual financial audit for the company and associates
• Supervise, coach and review the works of accounts executives
• Prepare management reports, budget and forecast
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the accounting system
• Liaise with external auditors on annual audit and attend to queries/requirements
• Liaise with tax agent for annual corporate tax computation

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• With at least 5 years of experience in related field.
