JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
• Perform financial planning and analysis work, including providing detailed variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reports, board papers, and other external reporting requirements.
• Prepare cashflow projections, quarterly forecast and annual budget for area of accountability. Review and challenge operational plans by reviewing underlying drivers and assumptions made when preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
• Support the business teams in the evaluation of the potential investment / divestment and business operation considerations during acquisition / divestment process. Liaise with other finance functions to ensure that accounting and tax impacts are appropriately considered.
• Support the Platform Finance Business Partner Lead in the annual review and amendment of the Financial Authorisation Limits.
• Support system design and implementation for budgeting and planning
• Review existing procedures and systems and identify opportunities in process improvement, system enhancement, automation and digitalization.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting or Business/Finance or equivalent
• Displays positive attitude, team player, meticulous and the ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Able to work independently and possess good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP S4 and BPC/OneStream would be advantageous

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Finance function which includes:

• Handling the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Ensuring the accurate/timely verification and processing of invoices, claims, and payments to vendors/staff
• Familiarize with the Gym Management System and perform checks using the database
• Generating sales reports (i.e., updating of daily sales figures, sales tracking etc.)
• Processing of refunds to customers
• Liaising with vendors on all Finance matters
• Assisting with the preparation of Finance reports as required by the Management
• Supporting internal/external audit, budgeting, and forecasting exercises

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Assistant Finance Manager (Contract)

Operating on a global scale, it has effectively invested in a diverse portfolio of traditional and innovative real estate assets, while successfully launching multiple Funds. With a strong appetite for aggressive growth, the accounting operations team is set to expand further, necessitating an immediate recruitment for an Assistant Finance Manager to join its Singapore team.

The Position

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will be to assist in the preparation of statutory accounts, month-end journals, GST reports, reconciliation and ensure the timely closing of accounts. There will be a need to support external and internal audit, tax reporting and other statutory requirements as well as work closely with the Finance Shared Services Centre. Naturally there will be a need to be involved in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.

The Person

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accountancy and a minimum of 3 to 4 year of experience in a similar role. To excel in this position, candidates must have prior experience in using SAP. He/she should showcase strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results promptly. The role offers one-day work from home.

Finance & Admin Manager

· Management Reporting and Financial Operations

· Lead and manage the Finance team on a day-to-day financial operations.

Requirements
