We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Client Implementation Manager, Global Trade Solutions (GTS) - Commercial Banking.
Principal Responsibilities
As a Senior Client Implementation Manager, your role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of complex trade solutions to Commercial (CMB) and Global Banking (GBM) clients, and the development, commercialization, and implementation of digital trade finance products and channels. You will also play a key role in enhancing and digitizing our offerings to establish new digital capabilities.
- Provide expert technical, delivery & subject matter expertise for the implementation of complex digital trade solutions and execution of high-quality service to clients for both CMB and GBM customers to meet evolving client requirements and expectations
- Act as the senior representation for Implementation, interacting where appropriate with the client in negotiations, pitches and post-sale activities which involves complex implementation and technical solutions
- Guide the Implementation team in the efficient completion of technical and operational on-boarding for new-to-trade or new-to-bank clients, ensuring timely revenue realization through high quality service delivery
- Collaborate across teams including Coverage, Sales, Solutions Structuring, Technology and Operations to ensure seamless execution and client success
- Manage the full product lifecycle for digital trade products, including commercialization and implementation, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives
- Lead the digitization of trade offerings, focusing on increasing straight-through processing (STP) rates and the successful implementation of new digital capabilities
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Trade, with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, digital transformation and/or client implementation
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives with a clear focus on speed to revenue, project milestones, and risk management
- Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional projects, with a focus on client success and timely delivery
- Excellent communication skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment and skilled at navigating challenges in dynamic settings
