· Maintain up to date records, daily cash flow & exchange rate, GL tracking expenses, fixed asset register and FA tagging.

· Prepare inventory report, posting reconciliation, GST report and reconciliation, withholding tax for submission, AR analysis, credit application/inter-bank giro form for customer and supplier, cash flow ration for ERM.

· Collate and process staff reimbursement.

· Assist monthly closing and prepare management reports.

· Collect and distribute daily mails and any other ad hoc duties to be assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Higher NITEC in Accounting or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Reporting
  • Review the financials of the Schools, Offices, Centres and Institutes (SOCIs) monthly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate presentation.
  • Prepare standardised regular financial performance reports in compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate the financial performance with relevant stakeholders to determine any actions to be taken.
  • Provide training / guidance to the SOCIs' management team (e.g. HODs, Assistant Deans, Budget co-ordinators).
