Yongan International Financial (Singapore) is hiring a Finance Officer role to expand our growing business within the industry. You will be part of our finance teams, to support areas include Accounting, Reconciliation and Regulatory Reporting.
Responsibilities:
a) Perform daily Accounting & Finance duties including Accounts Receivable and Account Payable function such as update of receipt of Funds/cheques from Clients, processing of Clients payment request, validation of invoices, and prepare payment to vendors and staff claim.
b) Preparation of Journal entries (Fixed Assets, Prepayment etc), balance sheet reconciliation for month end closing, ensure entries are recorded accurately into accounting system.
c) Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation and ensure prompt resolutions of unreconciling items.
d) Assist in the preparation of the monthly Management Accounts (Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Statement and Balance sheet) and submit it to Head office in a timely manner.
e) Preparation Risk Based Capital Reporting in a timely manner and monitor daily regulatory ratios for Base Capital Requirement to ensure compliance.
f) Preparation of Regulatory reporting on a timely and accurate manner as required by the regulators such as MAS, SGX, etc)
g) Assist in preparation of quarterly GST submission to IRAS
h) Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax agents for audit and corporate tax matters
i) Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience, excellent skills with MS Office.
- Able to work in a team and individually with minimum guidance
- Highly initiative with a willingness to learn
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
