Senior Officer of TPA team works with the rest of the team in servicing our corporate clients in administering their flexible and medical claims. This individual should have a keen interest in administrative work and an eye-for- details as he/she needs to ensure claims are processed accurately and promptly. Strong interpersonal skills will be a great advantage as one is required to liaise with external and internal clients to achieve common outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- ensuring claims are processed within agreed timeline based on assigned clients
- manage mailbox handling and ensure emails are attended to within the agreed timeline
- manage and ensure proper closure of escalation inquiry from clients or internal stakeholders
- assist to issue Letter Of Guarantee to eligible members
- prepare monthly payroll file or weekly SFTP when required
- ability to lead and provide on-the-job training for new staff
Requirements:
Minimum diploma holder or equivalent
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Proficient in excel
