Requirements:

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role holder serves has a business partner to the whole of MINDS for all accounting related matters. He/she ensure smooth day-to-day running of the accounting and finance operations. The role holder reports directly to the Director Finance.

The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial reports, analysis of variances, serving as business advisors, implementation of financial process improvement and ensuring financial controls are adequate and effective.
