Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma Holder or relevant accounting qualification

· 1 year contract with benefits (convertible to perm)

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts – AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Perform sales reconciliation.
• Follow up with vendors for SOA for completeness of purchases.
• Prepare payment schedules and process payment in bank portal.
• Review petty cash claims and vendor invoices, follow up with the relevant party for supporting documents/ approvals.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts and other reports required by Group.
• Responsible for quarterly GST returns.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting-related tasks.
• Handle finance administrative works (eg. Bank documents, corporate grants application and etc)
• Perform any other accounting and administrative/HR duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• Possess minimum of 1 year of Full-Set Accounting experience in F&B industry
• Ability to identify and correct discrepancies in records.
• Keep records and files organized for easy retrieval.
• Well-organized, meticulous and attentive to details.
• Possess initiative and able to meet deadlines.
• Good team player with positive work attitude as well as able to work independently.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders received
• Responsible for handling all aspects of order processing documentation (Sales Order, Purchase Order, preparation of trading documents etc.)
• Monitor and co-ordinate the Purchasing process
• Expenses Accounting
• Company Book keeping /GST
• Order processing and administrative duties
• Other ad-hoc duties
• Communicate and work closely with Clients, Sub-Contractors and Supplier etc
• Monitor project progression and updated regularly on project related issues
