• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
• Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese speaking vendors and suppliers

Job Description:

• Prepare Facility Letter and other credit-related documentation.
• Check credit facility and collateral documentation accuracy and completeness and lodge in the bank’s system
• Check and verify constitutional documentation and other documentation submitted by clients
• Facilitate loan drawdown including but not limited to checking drawdown conditions and Conditions precedent satisfied, liaise with other departments in completing bank’s drawdown procedure and loading of limits (and other related information) in bank’s system
• Check, prepare and handle collateral set up and cancellation/release.
• Oversee the key-in register of credit facility and collateral systems. Ensure clients’ information in the bank’s system are up-to-date and properly maintained.
• Follow up on all post-drawdown conditions and conditions subsequent.
• Track post-lending and post-approval covenant testing and condition fulfillment and maintain in credit system
• Maintaining of credit file and documentation filings.
• Regulatory and Internal Reportings and Other matters as required by the branch manager or line manager.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Banking and Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible and oversee Finance, HR and Administration function of the organisation and ensure efficient execution of processes across departments.
• Handle full set of account, group consolidation and all relevant statutory reporting
• Ensure timely submission of financial & management reports.
• Responsible for company’s insurance matters
• Handle HR matters including payroll processing and recruitment
• Develop and execute talent management strategies, total rewards strategies, and other HR strategies.
• Develop the annual budget and optimize expenses for the organization.
• Responsible for budget development, expenses optimization and financial management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of HR, Finance and Administration policies and practices
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office and Quickbook
