A. JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee Accounts Payable Function and provide advice to departments on payment

procedures.

2. Perform timely and accurate verification of payment to supplier and staff as per Finance monthend

closing timeline.

3. Perform Accounts Payable related tasks and follow up on month end Balance Sheet Schedule

as per Finance month-end closing timeline.

4. Review petty cash reimbursement including conducting surprise checks on petty cash floats.

5. Manage Fixed Assets section. Ensure proper treatment and timely recognition of purchases,

transfers and disposals of fixed assets. Conduct annual physical verification exercise.

6. Assist the Finance Manager in ensuring efficient management of organisation’s cashflow

including cash requirement forecasts and update of banking mandate

7. Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances and audit findings

8. Assist the Finance Manager in implementation of system enhancements and work process

improvement projects when necessary

9. Other admin or finance-related duties as assigned.

B. JOB HOLDER’S REQUIREMENT

1. Degree in Accounting or Diploma holder and equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant

working experience.

2. A good team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous,

mature and must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

4. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

-Business partnering role to perform strategic analysis and evaluation to support business decision-making

-Supervise and manage month-end and year-end closing and management reporting

-Review, develop and implement internal controls and processes which can enhance the operational and financial/accounting efficiencies

-Financial planning & analysis, including preparing monthly business review and analysis, cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting and business planning

-Perform ROI analysis for new investment project where applicable

-Performance monitoring and cost management; closely monitor direct and indirect cost structure to advise PL owner on cost reduction initiatives and control

-Ensure the preparation and submission of accurate and timely statutory accounts, tax returns, etc. to the relevant authorities

-Liaise with internal and external auditors, banks, tax agents and respective authorities to ensure appropriate compliance and consistency

-Supervise cash position to assess investments of cash surplus and ensure cash flow liquidity for various entities and to protect and enhance company’s financial assets

-Other ad hoc projects and analysis that’s may be delegated

Requirements :

-2 to 5 years of working experience in F&B/Hospitality industry is highly regarded

Work you’ll do

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyse process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes & functions.
• Design target state SAP solutions for clients to influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state.
• Analyse application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution.
• Perform SAP configuration and tests to develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
• Lead the junior consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.
• Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A good honors Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• Senior Consultant will require a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO Module, completed at least 5 end to end full life cycle of SAP FICO Module implementations.
• SAP FICO. Module experience in S/4 HANA is a plus.
• Has done minimum one cycle of S/4HANA system conversion project.
• Has experience in revenue accounting in airlines industry.
• Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
• Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus.
• Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design.
• Proven ability to effectively lead multicultural teams.

The Role:

The Senior Finance Lead is full-time senior role, working on a broad range of finance and corporate finance functions.
