Responsibilities :

• Designing, developing, delivering and maintaining best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM.
• Translating ICRM strategy and goals across the bank's clients, products and geographies in a succinct and clear manner; provide direction and guidance on the programs. Serves as a subject matter expert on the bank's Compliance programs.
• Providing oversight and guidance over the assessment of complex issues, structuring potential solutions and driving effective resolution with other stakeholders.
• Monitoring /Identifying and assessing the bank's key compliance risks. • Performing complex analyses of comparative data, preparing and presenting regional and global reports related to compliance risk assessments, and monitoring of compliance related issues.
• Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas.

Qualifications and Experience :

• 2 to 6 years of experience
• Expertise of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies;

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Finance / Accounts Officer at The Helping Hand. The Finance / Accounts Officer will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide recommendations to management on financial strategy to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3 years of working experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles in the social service sector, especially Charity Accounting Standards and FRS
• Demonstrated experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
