Consultant, Transformation & Change Communications (Contract) - Asset Manager Poised for growth for a new chapter in their history, my client is looking for a Transformation & Change Communications Consultant to join their business for a year. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and drive the change and communications initiatives for an award-winning and reputable powerhouse in its space. Responsibilities In partnership with the Transformation team, Business Managers, and the wider business, you will champion the change communications strategy and implementation. You will devise strategic change management plans, develop communications and engagement campaigns, and create development materials for intended audiences. As an effective change communicator, you are able to distill complex concepts into everyday language, identify the most effective communication channels to leverage on, and manage the positioning and branding of the program across all channels. Requirements You have a bachelor's degree or higher in relevant communications, business, or HR programs, and a minimum of 8 years of proven track record as a change communicator. You have excellent spoken and written language skills, with fluency in English, and strong project and stakeholder management skills. Experience is creating communications collaterals is desired.
