Job Description

• Manage processing of employee official claims, raising of Journal Vouchers for external payments.
• Manage and respond to employees’ enquiries on purchases and payment status timely.
• Educate and guide employees on the finance policies and processes.
• To assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
• Support in meeting the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.
• Provide monthly budget status report.
• Management of employee services contracts including contractor’s performance, contract payment and variation/renewal.
• Budget planning and tracking for employee related services.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) and experience in SAP and Business Warehouse will be advantageous

Location: Central & West (Has to be comfortable working at 3 different locations)

[Responsibilities]

Our client is a new asset management firm & MFO (Singapore-based) in the process of applying for the LFMC license. Its business includes fund management (VCC) for UHNW and FO clients, and consultation and services for Philanthropy.

1. Acting as one of the two RNFed Directors for the LFMC license application.
2. Assisting with both the application and upkeep of the LFMC license.
3. (After MAS approval) Actively being involved in the setting up of office operations by working closely with external vendors such as legal, accounting, and consulting firms.
4. Company offers profit-sharing and alternative compensation schemes.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years’ experience in 1 of these roles: Portfolio Manager, Fund Manager, Investment/Treasury Specialist, Research/Investment Analyst
• Minimum 12 years of holding an RNF
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree of any discipline
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required dealing with Mandarin speaking clients from China

*This role does not provide fixed salary, candidate will be compensated in the form of profit sharing.
