Job Summary:

• Salary Range: Up $4,200 + VB
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• 5 days working day

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual collections targets
• Work closely with sales and service personnel to maintain good customer credit control
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly credit control reports for reporting and credit control meetings
• Investigate and resolve queries and disputes relating to billing and outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles
• Evaluate credit applications and conduct regular credit review and risk assessment
• Liaise with solicitors on legal matters pertaining to recovery of delinquent accounts
• Contribute to the team effort by performing other job-related duties as required

Requirements:

• Possess experience in SAP is a must

About the Role

Credit Control Executive/Senior Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide effective support to ensure smooth credit control and administrative functions
• Perform credit assessment on existing/new customers, contracts and sales orders
• Monitors accounts closely to minimise credit exposure & risk
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
• Handle collections for up front payment or payment to clear unpaid invoices
• Handle enquiries over telephone calls, emails, etc
• Liaise with customers, finance, operations and sales to resolve any issues that may arise
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Who we are looking for

• At least a Diploma holder or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in credit control / debt collection
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to confidently and tactfully request for payment or work out a repayment plan with individuals/companies with unpaid dues
• Ability to work independently under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
