The Trade Finance Executive will be responsible for managing trade finance operations, facilitating international transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end trade finance operations, including letter of credit issuance, document examination, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including UCP 600, ISBP, and Incoterms.
• Conduct credit assessments and evaluate the creditworthiness of clients for trade finance facilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and financial institutions to resolve trade finance-related issues and ensure smooth transaction flow.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

Change Management & Communications

• Work with Change Management, Communications and Employee Engagement Team Lead to ensure that change management and communications strategies and executions are:

• Design, develop and deliver creative and refreshing employee engagement initiatives, e.g. campaigns, internal events etc. that are focused on driving the department towards our envisioned culture of inspiring, engaging, developing and caring for the wellbeing of our RMG Credit Risk colleagues.

The Talent:

Job Responsibilities

Work under the supervision of Broking Managers in providing broking support to the team for Marine Insurance/ Financial Lines/ Trade Credit/General Insurance placement. Candidate is expected to support the team administratively while also picking up the basics of the various classes of insurance.

1. Liaise with clients and prospects to understand their insurance needs and advising

them on the available insurances coverage available.

2. Obtain relevant underwriting information from clients for submission to

underwriters for quotation and terms.

3. Prepare documentation required for insurance placement including quotation slips,

placement/closing slips, schedules and calculations, cover notes, endorsements and

Job Requirements
