Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in the target segments. Utilize your current book of business and strong network to gather assets for the firm. Drive business growth by building new relationships and expanding existing ones. Showcase a deep understanding and experience in the fixed income asset class and markets. Develop a comprehensive business plan to outline how you will build the business for the organization, leveraging your current clients and continuing to build new relationships. Qualifications: Proven track record in institutional sales, specifically in fixed income fund sales. Strong relationships and connections with family offices, independent asset managers, wealth management firms, insurance firms (especially smaller regional players), and regional banks in North, South, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Experience in business development roles at asset management firms, with a successful track record of gathering assets. Solution-oriented and result-driven individual with a drive to build business. Clear understanding and experience in the fixed income asset class and markets. Ability to confidently present a business plan outlining how you will contribute to the organization's growth by leveraging your current clients and expanding your network.
