The Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role involves handling financial records, preparing reports, and supporting budget planning and control.

Financial Management:

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Budgeting and Reporting:

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage tax filings and liaise with regulatory authorities as required.

Audit and Reconciliation:

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Support:

• Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations.
• Any other other ad-hoc assignment as requested by management
• Work closely with finance team based in HQ

Qualifications:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team
• Proficient in MS office applications especially in Excel
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Report to the Business Unit head (CEO) and Finance Manager on the following:

• Operate day to day finance activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Registering & other finance related matters
• Assist in month-end closing activities and month end closing for inventory
• Manage and ensure accurate, complete and timely disbursements for staff claim
• Reconcile bank statements and resolved discrepancies

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

JOB SCOPE
