About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to deliver innovative business solutions in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO). In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis and Requirements GatheringCollaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to Controlling (CO).
   Identify opportunities to optimize processes using SAP CO functionalities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
   
2. Solution Design and ConfigurationDesign and implement tailored SAP CO solutions, considering industry-specific challenges and best practices.
   
   Configure key CO modules, including:Product Costing
   Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
   Overhead Costing
   Period-End Closing
   
3. Data Migration and IntegrationOversee the migration of master and transactional data from legacy systems to S/4HANA.
   Ensure seamless integration of CO with other modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP.
   
4. Testing and Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute test plans to validate functionality and performance.
   Identify and resolve issues to ensure high-quality implementations.
   
5. Go-Live and Post-Implementation SupportSupport the go-live phase, including user training and cutover activities.
   Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
   

Required Skills and Experience

• Functional ExpertiseProven expertise in SAP CO modules, including Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Overhead Costing, and Period-End Closing.
  Strong understanding of CO concepts, such as cost element accounting, activity-based costing, and variance analysis.
  
• Technical SkillsProficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization.
  Familiarity with ABAP programming (preferred).
  Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5.
  
• Industry ExpertiseMinimum 15 years of experience in SAP CO consulting.
  Successful implementations in the F&B industry, with an understanding of its specific business processes and challenges.
  
• Soft SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Capability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
  Effective project management and organizational skills.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
• Broad SAP knowledge, including data migration and interface development experience.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics.
• Client-facing experience, preferably in ASEAN-based consulting firms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and posting of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage and oversee General Ledger activities
• Process for staff claims and payment for daily operating expenses.
• Prepare documents and schedules required by auditors
• Prepare internal management reports such as daily monitoring and daily regulatory data base calculation
• Prepare regulatory reports and respond to regulatory the inquiries
• Support new systems tests as required by Head Office
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Finance & Accounting
• Leave cover for other team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/ Diploma in accountancy or related accounting qualifications
• Minimum 3 years handling accounting operations such as payment / nostro reconciliations and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS excel
• Must be meticulous and careful
• Mature with good communication skills and must be able to work independently
