Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role combines financial expertise with logistics coordination to ensure smooth financial operations and an efficient supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, an understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Operations:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Optimize logistics operations to minimize costs and improve delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with shipping, import/export, and financial regulations.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial and logistics goals.
• Prepare and present reports on financial performance and supply chain metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• (5) years of experience in finance, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems for managing financial processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.

You will be responsible for management reporting and financial analysis for a regional portfolio. You will provide explanation of variances and key performance drivers, coordinate the consolidation of results across AMA or reporting purposes and monthly and quarterly business review presentations.
You will participate in forecasting processes, and support in planning and implementing new business initiatives. You will craft and provide insightful analysis to support business unit leaders in identifying commercial and financial improvement opportunities.

Your team

This role reports to the business unit finance leader and works closely with the in-country sales leader on budgeting and financial planning.

How success looks like

• Seen as the trusted advisor to evaluate business issues, anticipant questions and demonstrate excellent analytical skills to optimize investment or handle risk
• Ability to integrate the brand strategy, pricing, consumer positioning and profitability to recommend solutions to identify and deliver business growth opportunities.
• Providing mentorship to junior finance members in the group and guide them in the finance leadership track

Responsibilities of the role

• Lead in monthly regional product supply financial forecast, actual proofing, and accruals in a high sophisticated accounting environment;
• Provide financial leadership to key business partners in RBU, SMO across multifunctional teams
• Lead in cross country-category loss analysis to deliver net savings and drive competitive cost structure to fuel profitable growth for the business;
• Lead financial analysis of supply network design projects, collaborating with engineers and product supply leaders;
• Lead in delivering high standards of stewardship in T&W organisation and process workflow
• Increases efficiency by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

Qualifications - External

• 3-5 years of proven track record in managing high volume P&L budget across a matrix organisation with high level of agility
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA preferred.
• Detailed understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
• Maturity, integrity, and high level of discretion are required
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve sophisticated problems
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
• Experience in supply chain finance is a plus

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will lead a team of 4 finance staff and play a crucial role in driving financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 4 finance staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  
• Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash flow management, and payments processing. Ensure accurate and prompt billing and timely collections. Resolve customer billing inquiries and address any related issues. Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency.
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Prepare and submit timely financial reports to Corporate Finance every month. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, assess performance, and provide valuable insights to management.
  
• Prepare and file quarterly GST returns. Liaise with tax agents to ensure timely filing of annual tax returns.
  
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including developing and monitoring budgets for various departments. Conduct cost analysis and sales analysis to support business decisions.
  
• Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and internal controls. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and procedures.
  
• Liaise with external auditors on annual financial audits and ensure audited accounts are filed with ACRA on time.
  
• Oversee and participate in ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
  
• Partner closely with the accounting outsourcing team to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing. Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance management role.
• Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing finance team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
