1. Diploma or bachelor's programme in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (critical)
2. Fundamental understanding and interest in banking and technology
(e.g. RPA, API, Data Analytics, Qlikview, VBA)

Job Description
1. Hands-on experience to perform the account opening process and ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately.
2. Act as a change agent to analyse review legacy processes and identify areas that can be streamlined and automated to improve staff productivity, as well as adhere to risk & controls standards
3. Apply agile methodology and process improvement frameworks to contribute towards the digital transformation journey
4. Engage and collaborate effectively with Business Units and various stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities in our existing operations and processes
5. Work closely with cross functional teams to drive digitalisation initiatives and ensure successful project delivery
6. Perform User Acceptance Testing and Live Verification, as well as prepare Standard Operating Procedure & other
documentations for team projects and digital initiatives
7. Work with team manager to ensure goals are met, including project timeline and deliverables
8. Create and maintain up to date knowledge base or documents for implemented changes and initiatives
