The Role:
My Client is a leading Digital Bank and we are looking for a Transaction Monitoring Lead to join the team in Singapore. Being the pioneer of the Digital Banking scene in Singapore, you will be given the opportunity to oversee all Transaction Monitoring related work and work with senior leaders in the Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and spearhead new Transaction Monitoring framework within the business
- Oversee all Transaction Monitoring related alerts and analyse all banking transactions and customer activities
- Identify suspicious patterns and any high risk activities that might indicate money laundering or fraud etf
- Stay abreast of latest regulatory requirements in transaction monitoring
- Any other adhoc Compliance duties across the Group level
- Filing of STRs and ensure Compliance with reporting obligations and timeline
You must:
- A bachelors degree in a reputable university
- At least 10 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring – ideally in a Corporate Bank / SME setting
- Proficiency in AML and CFT guidelines
- Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
