Change Delivery

The Risk & CFCC strategy and transformation change portfolio comprises a range of cross-bank initiatives that require SME input for delivery. JOB SUMMARY

• The Group Financial Planning & Analytics team is collaborating with Risk, Treasury and Business stakeholders to transform the way we forecast, plan, and allocate financial resources and we are building a team to drive and deliver this change work. Basel 3.1 is a major regulatory change that requires us to become more sophisticated in how we manage our balance sheet to optimise for RoTE.
• We aim to build out a range of new capabilities, including automated forecasting, modelling and sensitivity analysis, seamless data sourcing and advanced analytics.
