The postion will be working closely with superiors to source on vairous deals such as debt finance, equity investment, operating lease etc.

Job Description

• Work on deal sourcing
• Liaison with business partners and brokers
• Perform contracts negotiation
• Prepare deal related materials (e.g. documents, presentation) in Japanese for Japanese management
• Develop, maintain and strenghten relationship with external parties and Headquarters in Japan
• Contact point to Japan Headquartes
• Other Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by superior

Job Specification

• Possess at least Bachelor's degree in Finance, management or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial industry
• Able to work independently in fast paced and agile environment
• Team player and proactive
• Able to manage timelines and judge priorities
• Proficient in microsoft office
