• Operational, administrative, and analytical support
• Consolidate and update ad hoc / scheduled reports, metric, organization chart and system / intranet update etc.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms etc. to enhance & streamline productivity & communication within the group
• Gather and prepare required information for PO creation, including tracking and follow up on invoices submission to CRU team
• Research and creates presentations
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing (both computer and manual), typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Book travel arrangements, submit and reconcile expense reports
• Track, review and process periodic e-mailers for wider communications
• Execute monthly KPI inspection with detailed reporting and its necessary performance updating and archiving
• Support non-employees onboarding including collating necessary documents for background checks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Hospitality or related field (role involves supporting hospitality services business for bank)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality / retail
• Highly proficient in MS Office

Assist the Head and work with Team Leader and members to:

• Attend to queries or mid-term changes from existing accounts
• Liaise with intermediaries and follow up on new quotations and renewals
• Ensure timely and proper passing down of instructions to Policy Administration with the required information /documentation.
• Ensure that sanction checks are conducted.
• Handle the checking of policies and broking slips
• Update and maintain the records, schedules, statistics, etc.
• Assist the Head, Team Leader to compile, analyze and prepare monthly reports required for monthly meetings and business reviews.
• Onboarding of new agencies and FA
• Liaison between Agents and Underwriters to address Agents' queries
• Updating and maintain Agency records
• Working with the Head and own Team Leader to establish best practices and processes to ensure that the team meet the company’s service standards set

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with strong interest in the General Insurance space
• Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good follow-up skills
