• Lead/Assist in executing investment opportunities, including but not limited to, deal sourcing, deal negotiations, deal structuring and pricing, due diligence processes, and legal closings for investments
• Assist in fund raising and investors update activities
• Assist in industry research and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Passionate in investing and the financial markets
• 5-7 years of Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience
• Team player with excellent technical and interpersonal skills
