Overview
We are looking for a Human Resource (HR) Generalist and Business Partner to interact with Business Heads and their business managers on all aspects of HR. You will partner with the Business and provide advice and expertise tailored for specific business and product needs. What You’ll Do

• Deliver people programs and projects in line with organizational and business strategy

Job Purpose

This is a front office role for which the incumbent will provide transaction execution and legal structuring and advisory support to SPDA-SSG (Securitisation Group) business, products and operating platform across Asia Pacific. RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

• Partners the Global Head of HR CIB and Value Stream Leads to build, refine, manage and deliver the holistic, business centric CIB People Agenda in service of the business delivering its strategy. Business
