LOAN REVIEW OFFICER

The Loan Review Team reports to the Head of Audit and Control Department. The successful candidate will be a member of the Loan Review Team to conduct independent assessment on the quality of existing loan portfolio covering credit risk acceptance criteria, loan origination and structure, loan documentation, problem loan recognition and remedial management, loan grading and specific loan loss provisions and will also assist to determine that the loan portfolios were in compliance with applicable credit related laws, regulations and the Bank’s credit policy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform post lending reviews on the existing loan portfolio in accordance with the annual Loan Review plan.
• Engage the business unit to resolve differences in credit opinions and offer win-win solutions for the enhancement of the credit risk management of the Bank.
• Identify and communicate the credit related issues by incorporating recommendations that are in line with credit policies / guidelines and aimed at enhancing credit risk management.
• Engage business unit(s) on their written management’s action plan to address the loan review observations to meet the agreed reporting timelines.

What’s this role about?

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Lead will have oversight of both the Billing and Data & UAT Team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of these teams, drive and facilitate process improvements through strong leadership and project management practices and ensure high-quality deliverables. Through effective leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Operations Lead ensures accurate billing, reliable data management, and successful user acceptance testing, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Successfully lead, motivate, and engage the Billing and Data & UAT team, through setting clear KPI’s, strategic goals and performance management

· Drive and encourage best practices to project management surrounding process improvement and business change

· Foster a positive work environment encouraging collaboration, communications and continuous improvement, through delivering monthly team meetings, 121’s and development conversations

· Check and provide senior approval to ensure accuracy in billing-related matters, including but not limited to collections, commissions, refunds and third-party charges

· Build strong relationships with various stakeholders both locally and regionally to ensure timely and smooth implementation across the two teams

· Support companywide projects

· Oversee, drive, and execute UAT and Data Governance across both Commercial and Consumer Lines

· Produce and implement a User Testing Acceptance framework to be used by both Commercial and Consumer across the Singapore Branch

Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Administration team in Singapore ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

The Workplace Facility Officer will be responsible for the Bank’s facilities maintenance and high quality of workplace experience. The individual manages the day-to-day operational activities by ensuring all health and safety, security, fire systems and environmental checks are complying to both the local and Bank’s guidelines.

Accountabilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Responsible for managing day to day workplace housekeeping, repair, maintenance and servicing of office premises and equipment (which includes office infrastructure, lighting, air conditioning, printers, security/fire safety systems etc).

Key Responsibilities

You will bring
