• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Follow anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.
• Report any suspicious activities as mandated by regulatory authorities.

Client Retention:

• Develop and execute strategies to retain and deepen relationships with existing Priority Banking clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling financial products and services.

Performance Metrics:

• Meet or exceed client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Relevant financial certifications or licenses
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in Priority Banking or private banking.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, financial markets, and investment products.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
