Qualifications

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to be responsible for the ongoing credit and administrative processes of a portfolio of Project Finance transactions. This includes active portfolio management, liaising with internal departments to manage ad-hoc administrative processes, completion of periodic portfolio monitoring, preparation of periodic credit submissions (regular and ad-hoc monitoring as well as consent and waiver requests), and preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports to Head Office. Job Requirement

What you will be responsible for

As AVP Network Management, you will be responsible to:

• establish, strengthen and maintain relationships with subcustodian and cash agent banks appointed to service State Street’s securities services and cash requirements.
• monitor, evaluate and communicate market developments including their impact and risk, as well as develops expert knowledge about the assign markets’ operating models, infrastructure and regulatory framework. The candidate will communicate this information to internal and external clients verbally, in writing and through formal presentations.

• The position requires ongoing familiarity with the industry’s evolving regulatory and compliance framework, as well as monitoring and implementation of resulting changes to the operating models at State Street and agent banks. It also requires particular focus on identification and monitoring of risk across functions and processes and cooperation with the operational areas and with agent banks to mitigate this risk and resolve crisis and financial exposure situations

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner, providing end to end oversight of the Real Time Account Solutions products in partnership with internal stakeholders and clients.

Job Summary:

Based in Singapore and part of a Global team, the APAC performance team provides reporting and analysis for all pooled and segregated accounts managed across the APAC region. The team uses B-One, Factset, Statpro and Morningstar for performance and attribution reporting.

This role will be responsible for supporting the performance team to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely reporting to stakeholders; including Investment managers, product and distribution teams. The position will also include actively contributing to BAU, queries and new business initiatives to improve the delivery, controls, automation and scalability of the performance and attribution platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that performance and attribution is calculated and reported in accordance with procedures and controls and delivered within agreed service levels.
• Trouble shoot on more complex performance and attribution issues.
• Supervise team members and assigned processes to ensure timely and accurate performance and attribution deliverables.
• Provide support, training and development for performance team members where required.
• Quality assurance of output from performance systems; resolution of issues including escalation to the manager.
• Collate data for the maintenance of GIPS composites and annual GIPS verification, including helping to resolve queries.
• Keep up to date with current industry standards (GIPS), implementing change when required.
