Regulatory Compliance (Primary)

• Provide compliance advisory in areas of Banking Act 1970, Securities and Futures Act 2001 (“SFA”) and Financial Advisers Act 2001 (“FAA”) to all Business Units and departments.

The APAC Business, Regulatory and Supervisory (BRSM) team is a key partner and Front Office representative for Global Markets in Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. Position Summary

About the team

The Incident Management team aims to ensure the safety of our users on the platform by responding to varying levels of escalations. As an Incident Manager based in Singapore, you will be on the front line reviewing and managing our response to high priority global content safety related escalations ranging from natural disasters to regulatory events.
