• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Basic understanding of blockchain and Web3 is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administration, with a preference for those with a background in technology or startup companies.
