Details of the Division and Team:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trading Floor IT Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our trading floor operations, ensuring the smooth running of our systems and applications.
You will act as the first point of contact for all trading floor IT issues, aiming to resolve all desktop issues within one hour whilst delivering world-class customer satisfaction. Based on the Trading Floor, you will work closely with other areas of Group IT to ensure incidents are resolved as quickly as possible and escalate any problems that could affect multiple users across the bank.

Your key responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to the trading floor, responding promptly to requests and issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other market data products.
- Develop and maintain scripts using VBA and PowerShell to automate tasks and processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support for trading applications.
- Keep up to date with the latest technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a desk top support role.
- Proven experience in Windows 10, Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SharePoint, Teams.
- Proven understanding of IT infrastructure components such as: Active Directory, Printers, scanners and other network devices, Mobile devices (iPad/iPhone) Cisco meeting room equipment using Webex and Teams.
- Basic knowledge of Bloomberg, VBA, PowerShell scripting, Refinitiv, and other market data products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
