Master Data creation & maintenance

• Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
• Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and ay re-opening as required to facilitate operations.

Manpower reporting

• Prepare and perform checks and reporting relating to manpower costs.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

General Description
The incumbent will be responsible for post execution support for OTC derivative products across FX, Equities and Rates, ensuring timely and accurate capture of trades into Bank of Singapore core banking risk system. • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in mailroom functions
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills.
• Meticulous and well-organized.
• Good communication skills
• A good team player and willingness to learn.

• Handle premium collections and outstanding status and maintain digital copy of the payment documents.
• Prepare and gather supporting documents for payment setup.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office
