Duties & Responsibilities

• Client acquisitions and revenue generation across our custody and global markets products, such as full custody, staking, trading, and financing solutions
• Lead and own all elements of the sales life cycles: initial scoping, pipeline management, pitching, contract negotiations, and close sales successfully
• Become a subject matter expert in the digital asset ecosystem and assigned products 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business Development, Client Management, Onboarding, Compliance and Product to continuously improve and exceed revenue targets 
• Keep track of key developments in the digital asset ecosystem and proactively identify new revenue opportunities

• 5-10 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience working with institutional clients from both traditional financial services and digital assets startups
• Experience with prime brokerage products, such as custody and trading
• Understand the requirements to successfully operate within a regulated financial institution   
• Ability to negotiate and create strong relationships with both Web 2 and Web 3 institutions
• Ability to operate and excel in a fast-paced and often ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in written and verbal English language required, with additional local language skill an advantage (Mandarin preferred) 
• Cultural alignment with the team, e.g. no prima donnas
