- Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with external vendors for routine and ad-hoc limousine/shuttle activations, leveraging historical trends, special events, and public holiday requirements.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and enhance departmental strategies and action plans for effective execution by the team, driving operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies to ensure seamless operations.
- Operations Improvement:
Support diverse projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Fleet and Manpower Utilization:
Formulate and implement strategies for optimal fleet and manpower utilization, driving productivity and continuous improvement.
- Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safe work procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations for team members.
- Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the limousine team and execute relevant programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Team Motivation and Counseling:
Motivate and guide team members to maximize their potential, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Performance Management:
Conduct performance appraisals and ensure all team members, including outsourced drivers, adhere to 1CG’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Team Building:
Promote a progressive team culture and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Human Resources Functions:
Handle HR-related responsibilities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, welfare administration, work pass processing (application, renewal, and cancellation), and other related activities.
- Payroll and Budgeting:
Assist in budgeting and forecasting payroll-related costs. Prepare employee status change forms for salary adjustments, transfers, etc., and review attendance, leave, medical claims, and other expenses.
- Process Improvement:
Regularly review and improve workflows, regulatory compliance, and work practices for better efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Policy Compliance:
Ensure payroll policies and processes are consistently administered in line with company policies and statutory regulations through audits, reports, and monitoring.
- Performance and Compensation Support:
Provide assistance during annual performance and salary review exercises.
- Other Duties:
Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
