Job Responsibilities
- To conduct audit & ensure that staff/supervisor adhere to company's SOP
- To maintain good relationship with the stall tenant
- To review and feedback on servicing carried out by vendors
- To conduct weekly check on cleanliness of the coffee shop
- To manage coffee shops in a designated region
- To conduct exit interview
Requirements
- Min 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry
- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and highly-motivated
- High degree of commitment and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Have initiative, independent and well-organised
- Strong decision-making skills
- Able to think, plan, and execute autonomously
